General
Do you have a WiFi connection?
Yes! However, it would be advantageous for you to pay in advance. Around the campsite WIFI is free.
How many amps do I have on the pitch?
10 amp.
How late can I arrive?
You may arrive at the hotel before 22:00. If you are arriving after 17:00, please let us know. If the reception is not available on arrival, you can press the Intercom key. (right next door).
Can I check out sooner or later?
This is possible on request. Ask at the reception about the various options, for example, outside
the high season, you can leave us sooner or later for 8.00 €
Can I receive visitors?
Visitors are welcome, contact the reception and buy a entree card for 1,50 € per person. If you would like to use the pool, you will pay 3.00 € per person. Dogs of visitors are not allowed, even if you are in a field where dogs are allowed.
Can we grill?
This is allowed with charcoal and also with gas. Electric grills are not allowed. If you are camping in a wooded area and the "Code Red" is in use than grilling also is prohibited. Open fire are not allowed.
Where can the car be parked?
There are two central camping car parks at the campsite where your car can be parked. On arrival, give your official registration numberplate of the car. The gate is opened by means of a vehicle restoration. Should you come with two cars, your second car can be parked outside the barrier on the parking lot.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in are from 1 pm and check-out are before 11 am.
How many amps are there?
Each campsite has 10 amps (2200 watts)
Can a small tent be placed in front of a caravan?
There can be 1 small tent with max. 6 sq. M. If you want a second tent, it costs you 2.50 € per night.
Can we bring a dog?
The dog can also come on holiday with you. A maximum of 1 dog per place is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on all fields. Fields on which dogs are allowed are: Ponyweide, Markenhof, Groenland, Hazeveld, Krentenbos, Sparrenhoek, Berkenhof, Eekhoek, Braam en Dalkruid.

What are the arrival and departure times?
The wooden huts and woodlodges: Arrival from 14:00 and departure before 11:00 . Lodge, houses, chalets, chalets or caravans: Arrivals from 15:00 and departure before 10:30.
Can a pet with?
Pets are not allowed in all our accommodation.
